What is Vida Health?
Vida is a virtual health program that offers personalized health programs and live, one-on-one support from a health expert — all through an easy-to-use mobile app and website.
Vida’s expert care teams help prevent and manage chronic conditions. Personalized health coaching is anchored in your health goals, to build a plan that you can really stick with.
If you want to lose weight or if you are living with diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol, Vida’s expert health coaches, dietitians and medical providers can help you improve your numbers and make important lifestyle changes. Your care team can also prescribe medicines, if right for you.
When you sign up with Vida, you will be able to meet with your care team member online in video sessions or chat with them in the app.
You will also have access to helpful Vida resources like videos, lessons, recipes, and more, plus easy progress tracking through device syncing.
Who is eligible for Vida through Bunzl?

Are there certain requirements that need to be met to be eligible to participate in this program?
Yes. Answer questions about your health history, goals, and preferences for Vida to determine your eligibility for the program. If eligible, Vida will recommend the best program for you.
What kind of health coaching can I receive through Vida?
At Vida, we handpick the best coaches and health experts from across the country. Our coaches and providers can help you reach your personal goals. Here are a few examples of things we can help with:
- Weight loss for those eligible with a BMI of 25 or above
- Managing diabetes, blood pressure, or cholesterol
- Tackling pre-diabetes or other risk factors so they don’t lead to chronic disease
How do I get started?
- Sign up online by tapping the “join now” button above or download the Vida app from your phone’s app store. Then follow the directions to create an account.
- After you have created an account, you will answer a few questions about yourself and your health. Based on your responses, eligibility for the program will be determined and if eligible, you will be placed in the Vida program that is right for you.
- Once you are matched to a Vida program, you will be able to choose a care team member to work with you. This person may be a health coach or dietitian, depending on your health needs.
- After you have selected your provider, you will be shown the next available appointment times. Choose the best one for you. If you have any trouble finding an appointment time that works, do not hesitate to email support@vida.com or call (833) 732-2242.
Once enrolled in Vida, how do I schedule or re-schedule an appointment with my care team?
When you log into the Vida app, you can schedule an appointment directly through the ”Appointments” section of the Vida Home screen. Vida support can also assist with scheduling or rescheduling appointments. Email support@vida.com or call (833) 732-2242 for assistance.
Can I change care team members if it doesn’t work out with my current one?
To request a change, go to the Home screen in your Vida Health app, tap the gear icon in the upper right, then tap Switch Coach. You’ll complete a brief survey so we can suggest a new coach that’s a good fit for your style and goals.
If Vida prescribes me medicine, how does my pharmacy get the prescription?
If a Vida medical provider prescribes medicine, prescriptions will be submitted electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. It can be a local pharmacy or a mail-order pharmacy. Your Vida medical provider will ask you which pharmacy you prefer.
What happens if my pharmacy is unable to process or refill my Vida prescription?
