Terms and Conditions

Vida Health (“Vida”, “we”, or “our”) are offering you the opportunity to participate in the following promotion (“Promotion”) to earn a gift card. The program is available through the Vida software application or through the website located at https://vida.com/accounts/login.

Agreement. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). You must agree to these terms and conditions to participate in the Promotion. Our decisions about the Program are final and binding.
Program and Reward. In order to participate in the Program, you must be eligible to use Vida’s services in accordance with our Terms of Use. This offer does not apply to existing Enrolled Users of Vida. To participate in the Program, you must register within the Vida App to become an Enrolled User and create and log a habit for seven (7) consecutive days in the Vida software application or the website, between September 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025. Once you log your habit for seven (7) consecutive days, we will email you a code to use at Amazon.com (“Reward”). Enrolled Users may only earn one (1) code, which can be redeemed for  twenty-five (25) dollars to be used at Amazon.com. If a gift card is issued, then the gift card may be subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. Rewards are subject to verification, and Vida reserves the right to delay fulfillment of a Reward in its sole discretion.  Rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. Rewards are not intended to be sold, transferred or bartered. Vida may terminate this Promotion at any time.

Scope: This referral program is not intended for participants in government healthcare programs.

Privacy. We value your privacy. Any information collected as a part of the Program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.

Liability. By participating in the Program and redeeming a reward, you agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Vida and their affiliates and subsidiaries, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, shareholders, attorneys and agents including, without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, operation or administration of the Program, from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to the Program (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)) and/or the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of any benefit in the Program. To be clear, we shall not be liable for any technical errors or malfunctions, data theft or corruption, any printing or typographical error, or any damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Program. Vida shall not be liable to any users for failure to supply any advertised benefit, by reason of any acts of God, any action or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not valid), or any other activity or action that is beyond any of the Released Parties’ control. By participating in the Program, you agree to You agree that Vida shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
