Creating healthier populations through personalized care

At Vida, we treat the whole person — body and mind — in order to prevent, manage, and improve chronic disease. Our human-led, integrated care programs help people transform their lives in ways that last. That’s why leading organizations, big and small, choose our all-in-one solution to produce better results and save on costs.

We pair expert human providers with sophisticated machine learning to engage members at scale — matching each person to the right level of care. Easy-to-use and easy-to-implement, our solution is uniquely designed to serve diverse populations. Because everyone deserves personalized care.

Our story

Vida was founded in 2014 to treat the root causes of obesity and diabetes through personalized care, integrated mental health support, and the power of human connection.

Cardiometabolic diseases, like obesity and type 2 diabetes, are all too common among Americans. Nearly half of US adults have obesity and one in ten have type 2 diabetes. Those preventable conditions cost over a trillion dollars in healthcare expenses every year. We can do better. At Vida, we’re on a mission to prevent, treat, and even eradicate chronic cardiometabolic diseases — and their staggering costs.
