Measure by measure


Start by picking a day this week to measure. And then give these tips a try:

  • Measure first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking anything.
  • For best results, use a soft tape measure directly on your skin instead of over clothing.
  • No soft tape measure? Wrap a piece of string around your skin. Mark it. Lay it out on a ruler, yardstick or hard tape measure.
