Focus on Success and Consistency


For success to become a reality, it is absolutely crucial that you believe in what you’re doing. This is easy at the beginning because you’re focused on what you stand to gain from achieving your goal. As time goes on, you may gradually forget how excited you were and start to lose that inner fire.

To avoid this possibility, be sure to keep your vision strong and clear in your mind. Visualization, when done correctly, is among the most powerful of all life skills. Write your vision out in full detail, or create a reminder like a vision board with drawings, paintings or magazine photos that represent your goals. Revisit and focus on these reminders frequently. Also remember that over time all the workouts and efforts that you consistently check-off are the ones that lead to success. Stay focused and stay consistent and you will see results!

Tell your coach about your past successes and current struggles. Talk with your coach, who will help you explore your strengths and solutions to blast through any obstacles that come up.
