Terms and Conditions

Vida Health (“Vida”, “we”, or “our”) are offering you the opportunity to participate in the following promotion (“Promotion”) to earn Instacart Fresh Funds. The program is available through the Vida software application or through the website located at https://vida.com/accounts/login.

Agreement. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). You must agree to these terms and conditions to participate in the Promotion. Our decisions about the Program are final and binding.
Program and Reward (defined herein). In order to participate in the Program, you must be eligible to use Vida’s services in accordance with our Terms of Use. This offer is available to eligible individuals from a participating employer or health plan. Eligibility is limited to (1) individuals who are eligible for but not yet enrolled in Vida, and (2) eligible individuals who have created a Vida account but have not yet selected a program. If you created a Vida account prior to June 1, 2026, you are only eligible to participate in this Promotion if you are invited to do so by Vida via email or in-app messaging. To participate in the Program, you must complete registration within the Vida App and log food for seven (7) consecutive days in the Vida software application or the website, between June 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026. Once you log your food for seven (7) consecutive days, we will email you a link to sign in or create your Instacart account where you can access your Fresh Funds (“Reward”). Participants may only earn one (1) code, which can be redeemed for  thirty (30) dollars to be used at Instacart.com. If a Reward is issued, then the Reward may be subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. Rewards are subject to verification, and Vida reserves the right to delay fulfillment of a Reward in its sole discretion.  Rewards may not be redeemed for cash, sold, transferred or bartered. Codes must be redeemed not later than September 30, 2026 and Fresh Funds must be used no later than December 31, 2026. Fresh Funds may only be used to purchase eligible food and beverage items on the Instacart platform. Not all products available on Instacart are eligible for purchase using Fresh Funds. Vida may terminate this Promotion at any time.

Scope: This Promotion is not intended for participants in government healthcare programs.

Privacy. We value your privacy. Any information collected as a part of the Program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices. To redeem your Fresh Funds, you will need to sign in to or create an Instacart account, which is subject to Instacart’s terms of service and privacy policy. Vida is not responsible for any products or services provided by Instacart, or for Instacart’s privacy practices or terms of service. Your Vida account and your Instacart account are separate. Cancelling or deactivating either account does not affect the other.

Liability. By participating in the Program and redeeming a Reward, you agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Vida and their affiliates and subsidiaries, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, shareholders, attorneys and agents including, without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, operation or administration of the Program, from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to the Program (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)) and/or the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of any benefit in the Program. To be clear, we shall not be liable for any technical errors or malfunctions, data theft or corruption, any printing or typographical error, or any damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Program. Vida shall not be liable to any users for failure to supply any advertised benefit, by reason of any acts of God, any action or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not valid), or any other activity or action that is beyond any of the Released Parties’ control. By participating in the Program, you agree that Vida shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
