Joe Murad
Joe Murad is a seasoned digital health executive and entrepreneur. Previously, he led WithMe Health, pioneering personalized medication guidance. As CEO of PokitDok, Joe played a pivotal role in healthcare interoperability before its acquisition by Change Healthcare. His impact extends to Willis Towers Watson, Extend Health, and eHealth, where he reshaped the health benefits landscape. Joe holds a BA from the University of Southern California and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mike Rolla
Mike Rolla is a healthcare and technology executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in strategic growth, operational execution, and market expansion. He has led complex integrations, guided go-to-market efforts, and advised startups across healthcare and technology sectors. He holds a BS from Penn State University and an MBA with a concentration in Business of Healthcare from Emory University, and lives in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Richard Frank
Dr. Richard Frank is a physician and medical executive with over 25 years of provider and payer experience across diverse healthcare sectors. He provides a deep expertise in managing high-risk Medicare and Medicaid populations and leading clinical programs. Before joining Vida, he served as Chief Innovation Officer at myNEXUS and Chief Medical Officer at Aspire Health, where he developed business strategy, led value-based contracting, and built clinical programs across multiple organizational settings. He earned his BS, MD, and Master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan, completed his residency at the University of Washington and fellowship at Stanford. He splits his time between West Palm Beach, Florida and Plymouth, Michigan.

Amy Mushlin
Amy Mushlin brings deep expertise in clinical operations, health plan strategy, and provider engagement, with experience across both startup and large enterprise healthcare organizations. Before joining Vida, she served as Vice President of Client Success and Operations at OODA Health, a startup partnering with providers and health plans on consumer billing that was acquired by Cedar, and previously as Staff Vice President of Payment Innovation and Provider Engagement at Anthem, where she led the enterprise-wide rollout of Anthem’s ACO program and population health services. She graduated from Yale University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Shane Giuliani
Shane Giuliani is an experienced healthcare leader in rapidly-scaling growth-stage businesses, operating at the intersection of general management and customer & care delivery. Before joining Vida, he held senior leadership roles at Imagen Technologies and WithMe Health, where he scaled customer, care delivery, and people operations and go-to-market capabilities and partnerships. He began his career at Monitor Deloitte, advising healthcare organizations on corporate strategy, customer experience, and transformation. He graduated from Georgetown University, holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ravi Guha
Ravi Guha is a financial executive with many years experience in strategic planning, financial operations, and corporate development for digital health. Before joining Vida, he served as CFO of Heal, where he led the company’s transformation from an episodic urgent care provider to a high-growth primary care organization focused on seniors, culminating in Heal’s acquisition by CenterWell, a subsidiary of Humana. He holds a BA in Business Economics from UCLA and lives in Los Angeles, California.

David Osborne
David Osborne is a seasoned healthcare technology leader with a long-standing history of creating transformative member experiences and delivering strong business outcomes across both direct-to-consumer and enterprise channels. Before joining Vida, he held senior leadership roles at Sword Health and Noom, where he led the development of AI-powered and behavior change solutions for employers and payers. Earlier in his career, David led product innovation in education and politics. He graduated from Northwestern University and lives in Charleston, South Carolina.

Jason Macaleer
Jason Macaleer has spent over 20 years driving healthcare strategy, technology, and commercial growth across pharma, provider, payer, and employer sectors. He began his career as a healthcare consultant at Accenture before joining Allscripts, where he helped health systems navigate EMR and population health strategies. Most recently, he spent over a decade on the employer and health plan side of healthcare, scaling companies including Livongo, Teladoc, and Transcarent. He holds a degree in Finance, Economics, and Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Strategic Management and International Business from Villanova University, and lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Purnima Boominathan
Purnima Boominathan is an accomplished healthcare and corporate attorney with extensive experience as in-house general and senior counsel to venture-backed and public companies. Before joining Vida, she held senior legal positions at Doctor On Demand, SWORD Health, The Kit Company, and Workpath, a subsidiary of Roman Health Ventures, developing particular expertise in facilitating the delivery of telemedicine, at-home laboratory services, and in-home healthcare. She graduated from UC Berkeley and UC Law SF, and splits her time between Washington, D.C. and the Bay Area.

Rachel Thome
Rachel is a strategic commercial operator with over 20 years of experience in operations and strategy. Before joining Vida, Rachel was the General Manager for Aspire Health, an in-home high risk and palliative care provider where she led day-to-day business operations, new clinical model design, and expansion into new markets Prior to that, Rachel held additional positions at CareMore, Elevance, the BlueCross and BlueShield Association, and Target. Rachel graduated from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and lives in Chicago, Illinois.

Michael Policarpio
Michael Policarpio is a value-based care leader with 20 years of experience in strategy, operations, and client leadership, specializing in solutions for high-acuity, at-risk, and rising-risk populations. Before joining Vida, he held senior roles at CareMore, Elevance, and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where he developed and implemented value-based healthcare strategies for complex patient populations across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business. He holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and lives in Chicago, Illinois.

Aarathi Venkatesan
Dr. Aarathi Venkatesan is a health psychologist with a rigorous scientific foundation in psychophysiology and health behavior change. She began her career as an experimental researcher before transitioning into industry, where she has applied her expertise across health economics, outcomes research, and healthcare analytics. She holds a PhD in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a BA from UCLA, and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Tyler Vandenberg is a healthcare leader with over a decade of experience driving commercial growth, go-to-market strategy, and market innovation across the digital health and employer ecosystem. He has helped scale organizations including Livongo, Teladoc, and Transcarent, leading employer solutions and category-defining positioning across care navigation, virtual care, and metabolic health. Tyler holds a degree in Sociology with a focus on health disparities from Dartmouth College and is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Jennifer Frangos
Jennifer Frangos, DO is a board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine with over 22 years of experience treating patients of all ages. She brings a decade of telemedicine expertise, playing a key role in growing startup medical companies and expanding access to high-quality healthcare. Her work is driven by a commitment to patient-centered care and innovative delivery models. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Biochemistry from Virginia Tech, attended medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, served as Chief Resident in Family Medicine at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, and is currently based in Ocala, Florida.

Dr. Mohan Lakhani
Dr. Lakhani is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology and owns a private practice in Southern California. He completed his Internal Medicine training at New York Downtown Hospital and pursued a Heart Failure and Transplantation fellowship at the University of Utah. He trained in General and Interventional Cardiology at Albany Medical Center (Albany, NY), a tertiary care university medical center.

A world-renowned physician-scientist in obesity medicine, Dr. Stanford practices and teaches at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. She has published over 170 peer-reviewed articles and serves on the USDA 2025 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee.
